Who We Are
INCOM is a custom application development firm that provides IT, infrastructure, and network support services. From planning and customizing the implementation of MTP, converting the old data from your current system, aiding and/or designing your network platform (cloud based or local), to training you and supporting all of your needs, we are here for you.
INCOM developed MTP to create an agile platform that is designed by and for local trade labor unions, training centers [JATC], district councils, and international unions. MTP is continually evolving and adding features.
MTP updates are provided to all users so nobody is left behind.
Our partnerships began with Laborers’ Locals in Northeast, Ohio in 1993. Now, INCOM serves hundreds of labor organizations and training centers [JATC] throughout the United States and Canada, serving over 1.6 million union members cross-trades.
Our goal and commitment is to deliver exceptional customer service to unions and to provide the best membership management solutions available.
